Communist Party of India national general secretary Suravaram Sudhakar Reddy on Wednesday said that the CPI has decided to extend its support to Hamid Ansari, the UPA nominee for Vice President.
Talking to media persons, Suravaram Sudhakar Reddy said that the party has took unanimous decision over supporting the candidature of Hamid Ansari for Vice President’s president. It may be mentioned the CPI earlier announced that it would not participate in the voting of Presidential elections. (INN)
