Communist Party of India (CPI) State secretary Dr K. Narayana has charged the Congress with suspending its Telangana MPs for cheating the people in the upcoming by-election in the State.
Speaking to media persons here on Tuesday, Dr Narayana said that the Congress was strategically enacting drama to woo the people in the by-elections. He said that there was need to control money and man power by the Congress and YSR Congress in the by-elections. He also made it clear that his party has allied with the Telugu Desam Party for checking activities of corrupt people. He also clarified that his party was maintaining distance from the CPI-M because of policy-related differences. (NSS)
