CPI national secretary Dr K Narayana today demanded that the Centre set up a sitting judge to inquire into the alleged suicide by Rohith at Hyderabad Central University. He opposed an enquiry commission headed by a retired judge as it will not do justice. Narayana also sought resignations of union ministers Bandaru Dattatreya and Smrithi Irani as moral responsibility in the case. He expressed doubt that the ministers, if not resign, will influence the case against the justice. (NSS)
