(Siasat News) CPI (M) has decided to organize dharna in front of Mandal headquarters in the state to record their protest against the increase in power tariff. The dharna programme would be organized on 10th and 11th December.
This decision was taken in a meeting held yesterday at CPI (M) office presided over by Mr. T. Veerabhadram.
Talking to pressmen, Mr. B.V. Raghavulu, Secretary of CPI (M) said that a publicity campaign would be organized from 1st to 10th December to create awareness against the wrong policies of the Government.
He said that on the occasion of completion of his two year tenure of office as C.M, Mr. N. Kiran Kumar Reddy has announced two new schemes which are nothing but deceiving the people. He also opposed cabinet decision for not permitting probe against Dharmana Prasada Rao.
The party has decided to organize dharna programme in front of the office of A.P. Electricity Power Regulatory Commission also on a grand scale.
