Communist Party of India (CPI) has urged the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to extend the date at least by two more months for submission of applications for regularization of land lay outs and buildings in the state.
CPI state secretary Chada Venkat Reddy has addressed a letter in this regard on Sunday. He asked the government to discuss the issue with the experts and continue the process after the GHMC elections. He also suggested the government to appoint lawyers to argue the case on behalf of the government as the case was filed on building regularization scheme alleging that the scheme was a false one.
Chada asked the government to allow the people to submit the applications by hand at GHMC offices along with online system to ease the system for the sake of people. (NSS)
