‘Coward’ PM Modi takes vow of silence when he needs to speak up, says Lalu

Patna, Oct. 5 : Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav on Monday branded Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a ‘coward’ for not breaking his silence on the Dadri lynching case and said that someone who otherwise keeps on talking for show has not said a word till now.

“This ‘dhritrashtra’ (Prime Minister) is a coward who keeps shouting for show. But when he is needed to actually speak, he takes a vow of silence,” Lalu tweeted.

Training his guns on Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Amit Shah, Lalu said that he was sent on a mission by Prime Minister Modi to divide the nation.

“Dhritrashtra besides being blind and deaf is dumb too. He has given a free reign to Duryodhan (Amit Shah) to go ahead and divide the society,” he added.

The chorus has been growing for the Prime Minister to make a statement on the horrific case where a man was lynched for allegedly possessing beef.

Uttar Pradesh Minority Welfare and Urban Development Minister Azam Khan today appealed to Prime Minister Modi to stop those who are spreading violence and communalism across the country.

“If simply on the basis of rumours this amount of destruction is capable, then the situation has progressed from dangerous to alarming. But Modi ji remains silent and keeps backing violence instigators,” Khan said. (ANI)
