Hyderabad: Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) MP B. B. Patil sought from the Central Government to set up a Covid-19 vaccine, testing and certificate center in Hyderabad.
The TRP MP had supported the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professionals Bill in Parliament. Discussing the Bill Patil said, “coronavirus is once again spreading as the number of cases have increased in various parts of the country.”
The TRS MP said that the new bill will provide better medical services in the country. He submitted a proposal to tackle emergency issues. “The new law will provide an opportunity to the experienced doctors to serve the public,” Patil said.
Patil also demanded approval for setting up medical colleges in Telangana. He said the Centre Government had approved 157 medical colleges across the country but not a single one approved for Telangana state.
