Hyderabad, December 09: National Investigating Agency was disappointed when court refused to give Bharath Mohanlal into its custody.
The Investigating Agency had shifted him from Ajmer Jail to interrogate him in connection with the car bomb blast case of Jubilee Hills. Opposing the plea of National Investigation Agency. Bharat Bhai’s pleader argued in the court that it would not be proper to give him in police custody.
After listening to the arguments of both the parties the judge dismissed the petition of National Investigation Agency refusing to give Bharat Mohanlal into its custody.
CBI had arrested Bharat Mohanlal, Lokesh Sharma, Devender Gupta and Swamy Aseemanand on 18th May 2007 in connection with Makkah Masjid Bomb Blast case.
