Mumbai, February 08: A local court today rejected the bail application of alleged Pakistani agent Javed Mozawala who was arrested for entering restricted areas of defence establishments here and taking photographs.
The court, while rejecting his application, observed that investigation in the case was still going on.
Mozawala, a resident of Mazgaon in south Mumbai, was arrested on December 8 last year for allegedly spying for Pakistan, and was booked under the Official Secrets Act.
According to the Crime Branch, Mozawala was also in possession of a manual of communication and tactics, besides photographs of vital defence installations.
