Mumbai, January 11: All eyes are set on the 26/11 terror trial court where lone surviving Pakistani gunman Ajmal Kasab would appear tomorrow to give his statement on evidence adduced by the prosecution against him.
The court, which resumes after Christmas vacations, is expected to question Kasab on the opinion given by Ballistic experts and DNA reports which have nailed him in the terror attacks.
The ballistic experts have opined that the bullets fired from Kasab’s AK-47 rifle had caused fatal injuries on the bodies of victims, special public prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam told.
Nikam further said this scientific evidence will falsify Kasab’s “fabricated” story that he had not fired on the people. He is charged with gunning down 166 persons.
