Shimla, July 16: Special Judge Forest Shimla, Surinder Prakesh Sharma has granted bail to four employees of State SC and ST Development Corporation, who were arrested by the State Vigilance and Anti Corruption Bureau.
Four employees–Gain Chand Vidyarathi(retd GM), Dev Raj Mahajan (retd Accounts officer), G C Gaur (retd DM) and Mohan Lal Gupta, Manager–were produced in the court yesterday for signature specification.
The arrest was followed by registration of cases against them under section 420, 468, 471, 120-B IPC and section 13 (2) of Prevention of corruption Act for their alleged involvement in irregularities in the advancement of loans.
Counsel for the accused persons moved the bail application.
