Ranga Reddy district court today directed the Saroornagar police to register a case against APNGO president Ashok Babu for his alleged burning of copies of Telangana bill in Bhogi Mantalu on the day of Sankranti festival.
A lawyer Sukari Janardhan Reddy had approached the district court against Ashok Babu’s “anti-constitutional act” of burning of Telangana Bill signed by the President. Admitting the petition, the district judge directed the Saroornagar police to register a case against Ashok Babu and submit a report to the court by January 20. (NSS)
