The Principal Special CBI Court here today adjourned to July 4 the hearing on the bail petition filed by Industrialist Nimmagadda Prasad who was arrested in connection with the YSR Congress Chief Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy’s Disproportionate Assets Case. Judge U Durga Prasada Rao, while posting the hearing to July four, directed the investigating agency to file its counter before the date. The CBI charge against Mr Prasad was he invested over Rs 140 crore in Mr Jagan’s companies as quid pro quo for receiving thousands of acres of public and private land for his Vanpic Venture. UNI
