Court adjourns hearing on Vijay Sai plea to visit Delhi

The CBI Special Court on Tuesday adjourned the hearing to July 9 on a petition of Jagathi Publications Limited vice-chairman Vijay Sai Reddy’s seeking permission to go to New Delhi.

The court took this decision after hearing the arguments and counter arguments from the both sides. Earlier, the court has asked the CBI counsel to file counter petition in this regard. After filing of counter petition by the CBI, the court posted the petition for further hearing on July 9.

It may be mentioned that Vijay Sai Reddy is the number two accused in the disproportionate assets case of YSR Congress president Jagan Mohan Reddy. (INN)
