New Delhi, August 26: A Delhi court today adjourned the hearing on the bail plea of disgraced diplomat Madhuri Gupta after Delhi Police sought time to file case laws with regard to her plea of supplying copies of documents relied upon by it to seek her prosecution under the Official Secrets Act.
Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Kaveri Baweja allowed public prosecutor Rita Sharma’s plea for time to file judgements in connection with the application of Gupta with regard to supply of documents.
