Victoria, June 19: Couple arrested for sex-on-bus internet video shot in Hong Kong Hong Kong – A man and woman have been arrested in Hong Kong over an internet video showing a teenager giving oral sex on a bus to earn money towards a designer handbag, police said Friday.
The 19-year-old woman and man aged 29 were arrested after an investigation into a video showing a teenager performing the sex act on the top deck of a double-decker bus as it crosses Hong Kong island.
The video, which appeared to have been shot with a camera phone held by the man, was widely circulated on the internet under the heading “Kikimushroom do things on bus.”
It appeared on forums with the caption: “Pay 200 (Hong Kong) dollars (25.79 US dollars) and get this service from a 17-year-old Hong Kong student. She wants to buy Gucci bag.”
The man involved in the video described the act she was performing and told viewers that the girl’s services are available “for a price.”
The girl looked up at the camera, aware she was being filmed, and commented on the “peaceful surroundings” outside the bus. Two other passengers were sitting in front of the man and girl, apparently unaware of what was going on.
A police spokesman said the couple were arrested earlier this week on suspicion of offending public decency. They were questioned and released on bail pending further inquiries.
The video is suspected to be linked to a trend for “compensated dating” – a euphemism for paid sex with young women – believed to have spread to Hong Kong from Japan.
