Job position: Counsellor/Sr Counsellor
Business Line: Global Education Services (UK,AUS, NZ, USA Canada, Germany)
Function: Business Operations & Service Delivery
Location:Mumbai ( Andheri W & Churchgate), Delhi ( Nehru Place)
Work Timings: 9:30am – 6pm, 6 days working
General Objectives:
The position holder will be responsible for helping students shape their lives and careers globally, through informed discussions on Career options available to them based on their background. The company advises students for entry into Universities and educational institutions all over the world including USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Singapore, Germany, Ireland, Italy & India. Add value to someone’s life while making good money, driving all organization – initiatives. He/she will be expected to drive the companys efforts to achieve its revenue goals.
The position holder will be responsible for:
a. Counselling students on entire admission cycle – Overseas Universities
b. Follow ups – emails/phone calls/attend to walk ins
c. Ensures compliance of systems & processes to improve operational efficiencies
d. Actively participates and contributes to university visits, fairs and events during the review period
e. Ensure excellence in service delivery to the students being counseled
f. Ensure Team – work.
g. Ensure compliance to the code of conduct.
h. Be the value custodian of the company.
i.Ensure average counseling per day as per benchmarked targets assigned
j.Ensure all data is fed on the CRM as per indicated fields and accuracy of the same with zero defects
k.Feed in all communication with the client / student / partner on the CRM
l.Actively participate in university visits, fairs, seminars and or events whenever desired
m.Actively take feedback from students / universities / partners on a regular basis
Expertise Required:
Qualification: Graduates or Post Graduate
Work Experience: 1 – 8yrs (relevant industry experience preferred)
Skills: Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills
Customer Orientation Skills
Good Key board and typing skills
Pro-activeness
Physical Attributes: Smart, confident, well groomed and presentable
Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of UK, Australia, New Zealand and or USA, Canada and or Ireland and or Germany preferred
