Hyderabad, July 21: Central and State governments’ Scholarship schemes seem to be out of reach for poor and middle class. Infact to reduce the influence of middle men the government has planned to make E-seva centres the place for receipt of income certificate instead of respective Mandal Revenue office. But it has further added to the general public woes. As the concerned E-seva centre staff in connivance with the middle men is accepting applications by collecting money with the poor applicants. Long queue of burqa clad women and girls, is seen on all E-seva centres of old city till evening. Even for a single error the applicant is asked to again stand in the queue after correcting the mistake thus an applicant has to wait for long hours to submit the form. Thousands of applications are pending in the various rooms of E-seva centres and there is no one to take care of that.
