Hyderabad, July 27: State Govt issued G.O Ms. No. 154 dt 26-07-2011 dismissing the most corrupt employee of AP State Wakf Board, Mr. S M Raza Zaidi. The G.O. enumerated the circumstances in which the said employee was reinstated after he was dismissed earlier. The former CEO of Wakf Board had misled the Govt for reinstating him.
Disciplinary action would be taken against the former CEO for misleading the Govt. The said employee was dismissed from service more than once but he managed to get himself reinstated using political pressure. In 2008, an honest Special Officer, Dr. Mohammed Aariz Ahmed had dismissed him because charges were already proved against him in the enquiry and High Court had also dismissed his petition.
Mr. Mohammed Ali Shabbir, the than Minister for Minorities Welfare had intervened and helped for reinstating him and Dr.Aariz Ahmed was transferred abruptly. After the transfer of Dr.Aariz Ahmed, the Department of Minorities Welfare had issued orders for reinstating him based on the misleading report of the than CEO. A Public Litigation Interest Petition was filed against these orders.
The High Court had issued orders not to reinstate him. Mr.Zaidi again started exerting political pressure but after careful examination of the case, Secretary, Department of Minorities Welfare,Govt of AP issued G.O to dismiss him.
