Corporate hospitals should be accessible to common man:Danam

Labour Minister Danam Nagender here on Wednesday felt that medical services in private hospitals should be affordable and accessible to the common people.

Inaugurating “Eesha Multi-Specialty Hospital” on the Raj Bhavan Road, Somajiduda, Danam Nagender said that though better medical services were available in the private hospitals, they were affordable and accessible to the rich only. The poor people were afraid of stepping into the corporate hospitals as heavy bills charged by them. He also suggested that the management of the corporate hospitals to extend health services at the affordable price keeping in mind the interests of the poor people.
