Gurgaon, February 12: The police today recovered a country-made revolver from under the seat of the bus driver of a private school when he was on his way to a gas station in Sector 29.
But considering his clean image and family background, the police gave him a clean chit. However, calling it a mischief, the police filed a criminal case of carrying arms illegally against unknown persons.
DCP (Crime), Anil Dhawan, said an unknown caller tipped off the Gurgaon police that the bus driver was carrying a revolver. The caller also gave the description of the bus and its location.
