Firozabad (UP), June 16: Two policemen were today arrested on charges of dereliction of duty after an undertrial fled from their custody.
Constables Naim Singh and Arjun Singh were held after an undertrial Ram Naresh alias Bhola fled from their custody yesterday, police said.
Bhola, a notorious criminal, escaped while being taken back to jail after producing him before the court of Additional Sessions Judge Luqman-ul-Haq, they said.
