General Secretary of Anjuman-e-Siyanath Awkaf Mr.Mohammed Aqeel, Advocate stressed the Wakf Board to convene a consultative meeting of the Muslim Advocates. He was mentioning the inefficiency of Wakf Board in pursuing the Wakf property case of LANCO Hills in Supreme Court.
He also advised the officials of Wakf Board to visit New Delhi and meet former Dy. Speaker Mr. Rahman Khan, Mr. Wajahat Habeebullah, Chairman National Minorities Commission and Mr. Salman Khursheed, Minister for Minorities Welfare Govt. of India and impress upon them the need to intervene in this case to save the value Wakf Property of the Muslims which is worth crores of rupees.
