Constable shoots dead senior over illicit relations

Hyderabad, November 07: A police constable allegedly shot dead his senior with his service rifle after an altercation at Nalgonda town of Andhra Pradesh this evening, police said.

The incident occurred at the Andhra Pradesh Special Police’s (APSP) 12th battalion premises at Anaparthi near Nalgonda town at around 7 pm, when Constable Veeresham fired at least three rounds at Head Constable V Narayana, killing him on the spot, Nalgonda district Superintendent of Police Rajesh Kumar told PTI.
