Some miscreants of Majority community are targeting the Muslims in order to disturb the peaceful atmosphere in Adilabad district. Under an organized conspiracy, A Muslim doctor in Mudhol was arrested under the allegations of misbehaving with a woman of majority community. In an abrupt way, a case was registered against him under section 376/1 and the police gave him in judicial custody.
According to the details a woman belonging to majority community came to the clinic of Dr. Mohd Mohiuddin Siddiqui two days back along with her mother-in-law. It was alleged that Dr. Siddiqui attempted to misbehave with the woman. She lodged a complaint in police station. The police arrested him and brought him to the police station. Within two hours, a case was registered against him under section 376/1. Taking advantage of this situation, Some miscreants wanted to gain political mileage with this incidents. They went to Dr. Siddiqui’s residents and misbehaved with his wife. The local residents tried to stop them but they did not listen to them. This news spread in Mudhol town like a wild fire. The situation was getting tense. Police became active and started patrolling. Section 144 was imposed. Dr. Siddiqui in judicial custody for 15 days. Dr. Siddiqui has been running his clinic in Mudhol for the past 18 years. He is also the president of RMP Doctors’ Association His patients include Muslims and Non-Muslim. A Non-Muslim human came for treatment. He examined her and gave her medicines. The next day at 10 O’ clock approached Dr. Siddiqui at his clinic and misbehaved him. These miscreants attack wife of the Doctor. Her bangles got broken. She registered a complaint in the police but no action has been taken.
