Congressmen told not to air views in public

Hyderabad, May 12: In the wake of charges made by Guntur MP Rayapati Sambasiva Rao against major industries minister Kanna Lakshminarayana, PCC chief D Srinivas today urged his party leaders not to air their views in public, but to place them before the party high command for necessary action.

Talking to newsmen at Gandhi Bhavan, the PCC president suggested to his party members, who were against the party contesting byelections to 12 seats to `convince’ the high command instead of expressing their views in public. The APCC will observe `Rededication Day’ on May 20 to rededicate themselves to the party work.
