Supporters of Congress party today organized a protest against Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao using ‘unparliamentary’ words against the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president N. Uttam Kumar Reddy. They also took to task the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu for his role in the ‘cash for vote’ episode.
The Congressmen burnt the posters of the two Chief Ministers at NTR chowk. Speaking to the media later, Adilabad DCC working president Naresh Jadhav accused Chandrasekhar Rao and Chandrababu Naidu for indulging in horse trading of MLAs. He criticized the two Chief Ministers saying that both of them have failed to fulfill even one promise made in the election manifesto in the respective States. Rao and Babu were only trying to divert the attention of people, he added. (NSS)
