TPCC President N. Uttam Kumar Reddy on Monday reiterated that the Congress would never ally with the Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen in future.
Addressing the Sadbhavana Yatra’s Silver Jubilee function at Charminar here, Uttam Kumar Reddy said that the Congress had alliance with the MIM in the past. However, he said that the party would not have any friendship with MIM in future. He said that the Congress party would contest the GHMC elections and other polls in future alone. He stressed the need to strengthen the party in the Old City.
Utam Kumar Reddy claimed that the Congress would emerge as the number one party in the Old City in GHMC elections. (INN)
