Congress will draw blank, BJP-TDP combine will rule T & AP: Venkaiah

Stating that the Congress would not get a single Lok Sabha seat in the Seemandhra region and its candidates would even lose their deposits, BJP national leader M Venkaiah Naidu today exuded confidence that the BJP-TDP combine would form government in residual State of Andhra Pradesh.
Speaking to mediapersons here, Venkaiah said the people of Andhra Pradesh (Seemandhra) were angry with the Congress party. The BJP-TDP combine would form governments in both Telangana and Seemandhra States, he added.
Stating that people are ready to teach a lesson to the Congress party, Venkaiah said party’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi wave was sweeping across the country. Even Rajiv Gandhi Foundation has appreciated the development works in Gujarat, he said, adding that Congress party indulged in leveling baseless charges against the BJP.
The BJP leader also alleged that Election Commission of India has failed to take action against Congress leaders, including AICC vice-president Rahul Gandhi, in Uttar Pradesh, who visited polling booths in utter violation of Election code of conduct.
The BJP leader asked as to why the EC and UP government hesitated to take action against erring Congress leaders whey they thoughtlessly foisted cases against Narendra Modi and Chandrababu Naidu. Alleging that while AAP leader Kejriwal and UP CM Akhilesh Yadav were granted permission to hold rallies by the ECI, Venkaiah bemoaned that BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi was refused permission.
Venkaiah Naidu said the people in every nook and corner of the country were hailing Narendra Modi was the best in the country. (NSS)
