The people are in a feeling that the Congress party would dethrone the K Chandrasekhar Rao government in case the Party leaders fought unitedly, the former PCC chief Ponnala Laxmaiah said.
Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan here on Friday along with TPCC vice-president Mallu Ravi, Ponnala said that Komatireddy Brothers’ issue was in the high command’s notice and it will take corrective measure in regard to them. The efforts were going on to make the leaders work unitedly in the State. Stating that CLP leader K Jana Reddy would become Chief Minister of the State shows Komatireddy Brothers’ lack of awareness. The Congress policy was that the elected representatives would elect Chief Minister Candidate.
He alleged that there was no relation between the KCR’s words and works in regard to water, funds and employment. The loan waiver scheme has become a deferment scheme, he termed and alleged that KCR was behaving like “me… my family… my rule and my wish”. The farmers were directionless with the non-availability of minimum support price to their produce, he lamented and said that the government was not in a position to respond on the deaths in government hospitals and the deaths taking place in the hospitals were never happened before.
The rule in the state was atrocious, he said and alleged that KCR was water downing the aim of achieving the Telangana state. The people were coming on to roads to demand the Chief Minister, who has given assurances, to fulfil his words. The government was looking at the activists as terrorists, he pointed out and alleged that the government was detaining the activists, attacking their residences at midnight undemocratically. Stating that the KCR government received Court slaps for 33 times, he said that it has to see that the Court not to slap once again in regard to his land issue. He said that he will not speak further as it was under the House Committee purview.
Alleging that the KCR government was adopting negligent attitude towards government hospitals, Mallu Ravi demanded KCR to take corrective measures in government hospitals at least now. (NSS)
