New Delhi: Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi will be attending the three-day International Dalit Conference as a Chief Guest organized by the Karnataka.
The conference is to begin on July 21 and will be held in Bengaluru said a Congress leader.
With the two Dalit nominee’s competing in the forthcoming Presidential elections, Ram Nath Kovind NDA’s candidate and Congress leader Meira Kumar.
He revealed that “About 85 international scholars and researchers from abroad and nearly 200 from India will participate in the function”, adding “The inaugural will be followed by 12 parallel sessions and panel discussions by scholars on various issues like social justice, exploitation and discrimination towards Dalits, secularism and other issues”, as the sources reported.
