Congress’ trying hard to take Muslims into confidence

New Delhi: The Congress party which is striving to defeat BJP in general elections 2019 is trying hard to take Muslims in confidence. After the National Minority Convention in Delhi, Congress minority cell Chief Nadeem Javed organised State Minority Convention in Bangalore. In his emergency visit to Bangalore from March 2 to March 4, Mr Nadeem Javeed attended the convention and also had a meeting with Jamiat Ulama Hind Karnataka, Milli Council Karnataka, Aligarh Muslim University Old Boys Karnataka, Arch Bishop, Muslim intellectuals, Professors and lawyers.

Besides, he will also be going to visit Uttar Pradesh soon. There also he will meet clerics, Muslim intellectuals, Aligarh Muslim University Old Boys and other minority leaders.

According to Inquilab, Union minister K Rahman Khan, Karnataka cabinet minister Zameer Khan, Karnataka cabinet minister U T Quader, Chairman Karnataka Hajj Committee Raushan Baig, national secretary of Congress Saleem Ahmed and other key leaders were present in the state convention.
