Alleging that the Ruling Party and main Opposition Party joined hands in Legislative Assembly, the BJP stated that the budget session left the people in unhappy.
Speaking at the Assembly media point here on Saturday after the adjournment of the House sinedie along with MLAs Kishan Reddy, Rajasing and Chintala Ramachandra Reddy, Party floor leader Dr K Laxman said that the State Government side tracked the issues of suicides of the farmers, power crisis, pensions and other when the BJP successfully raised them in the House. “The Government escaped from giving answer to the House. The Government transformed as adjournments Government and Cuts (kothala) Government”, he alleged.
Laxman said that both ruling and opposition parties entered into a pact in the House and alleged that both the parties adjusted in several issuing leaving people to the wind. He alleged that the Government not protected the rights of the members in the House. Finding fault with the Congress party with regard to Telangana issue, Laxman alleged that the youth committed suicides just because of Congress party but not because of BJP.
State BJP president G Kishan Reddy said that the Congress party’s speech on Telangana issue is similar to devils chanting scriptures. Several youth, who committed suicides written the Ministers names but not BJP leaders’ names, he said adding the suicide notes were good evident as to whom were the reason for the suicides of the youth. Describing the Congress party as a devil party and pepper spray party, Kishan Reddy said that the creation of Telangana State was possible not because of any political party but because of the people who pressurized the centre in a big way. He said that the Telangana Bill could not be passed if the BJP had not extended its support in Parliament. (NSS)
