Exhorting party activists to strive to defeat TRS in the ensuing elections, CLP leader K Jana Reddy asked the people not to fall in the trap of KCR once again in 2019 elections. He stressed the need of Congress returning to power to fulfil the dreams of Telangana people.
Addressing the gathering at Praja Chaithanya Yatra here on Tuesday, Jana Reddy said the Congress was responsible for the development of the nation and the State. The credit of surplus power goes to Congress, he said.
Leader of Opposition in the Council Shabbir Ali called upon the Nirmal people to vote for Maheshwar Reddy. He said his party would expose the government in the Assembly and Council during budget session. He accused Chief Minister of talking about farmers as elections are nearing. He also slammed the Chief Minister for not inducting a woman in his Cabinet. The man, who failed to do justice to the State, cannot do justice to the third front at national level, he added. (NSS)
