Hyderabad, April 26: The Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee submitted a representation to chief electoral officer Bhanwar Lal here on Monday to permit persons from outside\neighbouring village persons as polling agents in sensitive polling stations where no voter or local is willing to act as an election agent.
PCC vice-president Madasu Gangadhar and general secretaries R Padmaraju and Gidugu Rudra Raju said they also requested the CEO to initiate necessary action against YSR Congress president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for misusing the media with ulterior motives and to conside media publicity expenses as part of election expenditure.
