Ruling Congress MLAs from the Telangana region plan to send a letter to party president Sonia Gandhi about their demand to form a separate state.
“We have prepared a letter to be sent to our party president Sonia Gandhiji and also the members of the core committee. We plan to send it by fax,” Congress MLA Bhikshamaiah Goud told reporters.
