Chintalapudi Congress MLA Maddala Rajesh Kumar, who has joined the YSR Congress party recently, has submitted his resignation to the Assembly membership on Thursday.
He has submitted his resignation in the Speaker’s office, as the Speaker Nadendla Manohar was not present at the time. (NSS)
