TDP Rajya Sabha member T Devender Goud has said that Congress leaders were plundering the exchequer in the name of Jala Yagnam.
Devender Goud, MLA Ramulu and other TDP leaders visited the Elluru (Near Kollapur)lift irrigation works under the Kalwakurti project in the district on Saturday.
Speaking to the media on the occasion, Goud said that right from late chief minister Dr Y S Rajasekhara Reddy to the present incumbent Kiran Kumar Reddy, every one was plundering the State in the name of projects.
He has alleged that despite spending thousands of crores of rupees, the government had not given water to even a single acre of land in Mahbubnagar district. He also alleged that the Major and Medium Irrigation Minister Sudarshan Reddy, K. Madhusudhan Ex-TDP MLA was visiting projects like a thief even without informing the local MLAs.
