New Delhi, July 14: The Congress party appears to be keen on winning all the seats in Telangana, where by-elections are going to be held. The party appears to be more keen on snatching the Sircilla seat, where the TRS chief Mr K. Chandrasekhara Rao’s son, Mr K T Rama Rao is contesting.
The AICC State in-charge, Mr Veerappa Moily, has written to the party leaders of the Telangana region asking them to work hard for the party candidates’ victory in the elections. He asked all the MPs and others who were not made in-charges of different constituencies, to form groups and assign themselves the responsibility of working in the constituencies.
He said at least five leaders of the party should take up the responsibility of each constituency and work for the candidates’ victory. He has particularly mentioned about the Sircilla constituency from where KTR is contesting. He said special attention should be paid for winning that constituency.
