The Congress party on Tuesday finalised the list of candidates for the by-elections to be held in Telangana region and for lone seat in Coastal Andhra Pradesh on March 18.
According to sources, Vishnuvardhan Reddy would contest from Kollapur, M Prathap from Station Ghanapur, Ramchandrareddy from Adilabad, Damodar Reddy from Nagarkurnool, Rajareddy from Kamareddy, Mutyala Prakash from Mahbubnagar and Polamreddy Srinivas Reddy from Kovvur assembly constituency.
Meanwhile Pradesh Congress Committee president Botsa Satyanarayana left for New Delhi on Tuesday night to get approval of Congress high command for the list. (INN)
