Senior Congress leader and Leader of Opposition in Telangana Assembly K. Jana Reddy has demanded that the State government extend adequate compensation to the farmers, who lost crops due to rains.
Talking to mediapersons at Gandhi Bhavan here on Tuesday, Jana Reddy said the farmers, who were severely affected with drought situation, received another blow in the form of unseasonal rains which destroyed their standing crops. (NSS)
