On the last date of filing nominations for Shamsabad MPTC II, Congress candidate Reshma Sultana filed her nomination. On the occasion Congress Mandal President Venu Goud, Mandal President Chukka Ilaiah, ZPTC member Satish, Congress town president Kullam Narsimha, Syed Rafiuddin Quadri Minority Cell President, Mohammed Shamsuddin Deputy Sarpanch, Murlidhar Reddy former Mandal President, Syed Naseeruddin former cooption member and other senior Congress leaders were present.
Venu Goud said Congress party was in power for the past several years. It played important role in development of Chevella parliament area. Venu Goud appealed people to vote for Congress candidate Reshma Sultana.
