Shamsabad, April 15: Gram Sabha Programme was conducted at Shamsabad Gram Panchayat on Thursday which was headed by Afzal Husain deputy sarpanch.
At the end of the programme Congress and TDP leaders had heated arguments and later they came to blows.
Leaders of both the groups lodged complaints with RGI police against each other.
