Congress accuses Naidu of misleading AP people

Leader of Opposition in AP Legislative Council C Ramchandraiah has accused Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu of misleading the people of Andhra Pradesh by demanding implementation of Section 8 of AP Reorganisation Act.

Speaking to media persons at Indira Bhavan here, Ramchandraiah said that the people from Seemandhra have been living peacefully and without any trouble in Hyderabad and therefore, there was no need to handover Law and Order to the Governor. He also thanked Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for ensuring safety of AP people in Hyderabad.

Ramchandraiah said that people of AP have voted in favour of TDP and Naidu to get development in their State. However, instead of focusing on development, he is indulging in politics. After damaging the opposition parties in Andhra Pradesh, Naidu is trying to sabotage other parties in Telangana State. He said no section of the society, especially farmers and students, were not happy with Naidu’s performance.

Former Minister D Sailjanath also condemned Naidu and asked him to stop misleading the people. (INN)
