New Delhi, May 28: Former Maharashtra Minister Hussein Dalwai, former Pune Mayor Dipti Chaudhary and sitting member Sanjay Dutt were the three candidates announced by Congress today for the state Legislative Council elections next month.
For the Legislative Council elections in Karnataka, its Chairman Veeranna Mathikatti has been renominated by the party while Narayanappa is the party nominee from Andhra Pradesh.
The announcement was made by party leader Oscar Fernandes.
