With the success of Telangana march Congress high command is compelled to review the issue seriously. Congress president Sonia Gandhi called general secretary AICC and incharge Andhra Pradesh Ghulam Nabi Azad and got the details of Telangana march. According to highly placed sources Ghulam Nabi Azad gave an account of massive gathering at the march and law and order situation.
It is said that Congress high command resented government’s failure in dealing with the march. In addition to that she also expressed her resentment over the protest by party MPs. She asked Ghulam Nabi Azad to talk to Telangana leaders. She stressed the need to take the leaders of all the three regions into confidence to resolve the issue.
