Cong has managed KCR to put out T-movement

Hyderabad, October 22: The senior TDP leaders of Telangana region, Mr T. Devender Goud and Mr Erraballi Dayakar Rao, here on Friday charged the ruling party with encashing the weakness of the TRS president, Mr K Chandrasekhara Rao, and trying to weaken the ongoing movement for separate Telangana State.

Speaking to mediapersons, the T-TDP leaders have alleged that the Congress party has managed the TRS supremo and stepped up efforts to put out the Telangana movement. They also alleged that Mr KCR was sacrificing the movement for the sake of bagging Polovaram tenders. They lashed out at the TRS leader for utilizing the Telangana movement for gaining political and financial benefits.

While the employees of the region were agitating for separate State even while foregoing their salaries, the TRS supremo was trying to develop and strengthen his “Business Empire” in the name of Telangana agitation and playing with the sentiments of the people of the region for separate State, they added. They also alleged that the best example for the Congress party wooing Mr KCR was Polavaram tenders affair for trying to sabotage the movement.

Accusing the Congress party of looting the exchequer in the name of irrigation projects, the TDP leaders demanded that Mr KCR explain the secrecy behind those invested money in the “Namasthe Telangana” newspaper were investing in the Polavaram projects. They also demanded that Mr Chandrasekhara Rao disclose the names of those invested money in the “Namasthe Telangana”. They also criticized the Chief Minister, Mr Kiran Kumar Reddy, for evincing undue interest in ensuring contract to the Shoe Company.
