Guntur, October 16: Y S R Congress President and Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy today alleged that the Congress party was discrediting reputation of late Chief Minister and his father Y S Rajasekhar Reddy in planned manner in Andhra Pradesh. Mr Reddy, who started his Odarpu Yatra in Guntur district today to console the families whose members died or committed suicide unable to bear the death of the then Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhar Reddy in helicopter crash, addressing a huge public meeting at Tadepalli, alleged that the Congress party had colluded with the opposition Telugu Desam Party (TDP) in discrediting Y S Rajasekhar Reddy. He reiterated that the Congress party was ruling the State and at Centre because of Y S Rajasekhar Reddy, who ensured landslide victory in the State by implementing several schemes successfully. He deplored that the government was diluting Y S Rajasekhar Reddy s flagship schemes including fee reimbursement and scholar-ships. Earlier, Mr Jagan was received by large crowd at Prakasham Barrage while entering the district. He unveiled a statue of Y S Rajasekhar Reddy at Tadepalli.
