Cong. Demands CBI inquiry into EAMCET-2 Paper Leak

Demanding the State government to re-conduct the EAMCET-2 examination, TPCC warned the government that it will lay seize to Chief Minister’s Camp Office along with students and parents in case the government failed to conduct the re-examination within 15 days time. The TPCC also demanded the State government to order CBI inquiry into the alleged EAMCET-2 paper leakage saying that TPCC has no faith in CID inquiry.

Speaking to the media here on Friday, Mahesh alleged that the TRS government was not taking the EAMCET-2 paper leakage issue seriously. The government made poor students as scapegoats with allowing leakage of EAMCET-2 paper. He alleged that the state government has given contract to the ineligible Magnetic Info Tech Company to conduct the prestigious EAMCET examination at the cost of students future. He alleged that the SSC and Inter Boards have kept the Company in black list due to its unfair conduct of examination. But the higher education once again assigned the job of conduct of examination to Info Tech Company, which was an expert in frauds. Reminding its inability, he said that the company failed to prepare a merit list of 1400 students in 2014 and due to its inability the same students have lost their seats in IIT.

Questioning the state government as to why it was assigned the job of conducting EAMCET, E-CET, LAWCET, EdCET, OU CET and KU CET to Info Tech Company, Mahesh alleged that the Education Department has links with the Info Tech Company and hence the JNTU also assigned the job of conducting police recruitment examination. He said that the Company was using faulty bio metric machines only ensure ranks to selected students. He said that the government rejected the tenders filed by the prestigious TCS company to help Info Tech company.

Reiterating his demand of CBI inquiry, Mahesh said that he has no faith in CID inquiry and hence the government order CBI inquiry immediately to save the poor students. (NSS)
