New Delhi, December 10: Congress has finalised names of three candidates for the coming biennial elections to the Uttar Pradesh legislative council from local authorities.
Party President Sonia Gandhi has approved the names of Pawan Mishra from Lucknow-Unnao, Niyaz Ahmed Khan from Deoria and Naresh Umrao from Kanpur-Fatehpur areas, a party release said today.
